This is a like new customer return. It has been inspected by are service dept. It operates like a new machine. It was descaled and fully disassemble to clean and inspect.
The machine was only used a little by the prior customer as can be seen in the actual photos. It has suffered a little bit of box rub from shipping, as seen in the photos.
Expect a few coffee grounds, because it was tested at the factory and by us.
It has been gone though by certified technicians. Anything needing attention was taken care of as well as a descaling and de-oiling of the brew group.
Even new sealed units are tested and have coffee grounds on them.
The coffee machine is missing the carafe. The carafe is not needed to make milk drinks. Just put the straw in the milk container. Nothing to clean either.
Instructions are included as well as the preground spoon and a water filter.
It does not come in the factory box, but will ship in a plain white coffee machine box with regular bubble wrap.
