This is a New Open Box item. Purchased this Pour Over Coffee Maker from Bodum to try after our Chemex broke one day. Decided that we'd rather have the Chemex one. This one is pretty cool though, it comes with it's own reuseable metal filter (so no folding paper filters when you're just waking up and not caffeinated yet) and has a really nice cork handle tied around the hourglass part. The "box" label has something on it, it's in tact but looks like it maybe got wet at one time while being stored. Nothing wrong with the unit at all, it was never used.
