Cancellation Per Pricetronic policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Please understand, that once we process your order, it is very difficult to reverse it, and impossible once we shipped the item. Timeline of delivery time is 4-7 business days including the handling time. We do not offer combine shipping service. Return Policy Y ou have 30 days from the date you received your purchase, to return it for refund, subject to the following conditions: "The date you received your purchase" means, specifically, the date the carrier has on record that they delivered the package to your house. If you are not certain of this date, check online with the tracking number, to see what date is on record for the delivery. The item is considered "returned" on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse/supplier. Return defective products  If your item(s) are defective or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days from the delivery date, and we will reply with instructions for the return. Undeliverable package The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct.  Only you can give us your correct address.  So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct.  Otherwise, we will charge you the original shipping that we paid for your shipment.
